East Coast Chair & Barstool is committed to producing high-quality products. All of our wood and metal products
are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year
from the date of delivery, whether used indoors or outdoors. Metal products also carry an additional warranty against
broken or fatigued welds. If a product proves defective under normal use within the warranty period, we will gladly
repair or replace it. Warranty claims or questions should be directed to our service department at
sales@eastcoastchair.com.
Furniture and other materials not manufactured by East Coast Chair & Barstool are covered solely by the manufacturer’s
warranty, if any, and East Coast Chair & Barstool will not have any responsibility or liability with respect to them.
The following SKUs carry a three (3) year warranty term.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by handling.

Exclusions and Limitations
East Coast Chair & Barstool does not warranty against, and will not be held liable for, any failure, defect, or
damage that results from the following:
Fading. Our poly lumber products are made with UV inhibitors that slow fading over time. However, all colors will
fade to some degree when exposed to direct sunlight. Keeping the chair covered when not in use will reduce the
amount of fading and extend the color life.
Rust or corrosion of the stainless steel hardware.
Improper assembly of the product.
Abuse or neglect of the product.
Misuse of the product, or use in a way that is not intended by East Coast Chair & Barstool.
Normal wear from regular use of the product.
Painting or applying any coating not expressly approved by East Coast Chair & Barstool.
Defects in the product resulting from heat or radiation from an external source like a grill or firepit.
Defects in the product resulting from the concentration of sunlight onto the product surface such as a window
reflecting onto the chair.
Failure to perform maintenance on the product in accordance with our instructions.
Failure to promptly remove from service any defective or damaged product.
